Wholesale Sales & Client Relations Officer

About the Role

You'll be the main point of contact for our wholesale clients — managing relationships, handling orders, and growing our national account base. This role lives on WhatsApp, so being fast, warm, and clear in your messages is at the core of everything you do.

What You'll Do

• Own your WhatsApp — stay on top of conversations, respond promptly, and never let a message slip through
• Manage day-to-day communication with cafes, coffee shops, and retailers across the country
• Handle orders, follow-ups, and client requests through WhatsApp conversations
• Proactively reach out to leads and convert them into wholesale partners
• Keep client records organized and interactions logged
• Coordinate internally on orders, stock, and delivery timelines

What We're Looking For

• A natural on WhatsApp — responsive, personable, and always on the ball
• Strong written communication: friendly, clear, and professional
• Able to juggle multiple conversations and accounts without dropping the ball
• Organized and self-driven

Nice to Have

• Experience in coffee, F&B, or wholesale
• Prior sales or account management experience
• Familiarity with order management
